The Responder 1000 LCD monitor mounts near the roof of the car, allowing the officer to review video while keeping his eyes up. The DVR can be mounted elsewhere in the cab of the car and can be controlled with an infrared remote.

The LCD monitor offers the following controls:

  • brightness

It also includes a two inch built-in speaker for enhanced audio playback.
